I had a really lovely stay at NH Collection Brussels. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, and I really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was.
The location was also great for exploring Brussels, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The hotel made my stay feel relaxing and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at NH Collection Brussels again on my next visit to Brussels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay..

Disappointing hotel.

To be honest, the only good thing on this hotel is the location. Rooms are so old specially toilet, way too far from 4 ⭐️. Elevators are a nightmare. Breakfast is good, but this place needs a renovation to keep clients satisfied.

Spacious rooms with baths and showers. Very comfortable large beds but
lighting was not good in one of our rooms. Very pleasant roof top bar and all the staff were friendly. Good location for sightseeing in Brussels.

There Wars no filling of tea bags during the stay and too much of the space went to the hallway of the room.

Excellent location, central, with a metro stop in front. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory. Highly recommended
