Not very good at all

On arrival despite booking 2 rooms they only had one for me. Reception were more interested in blaming me than trying to help. Saying I’d only paid for 1. Once I’d found my email receipt they eventually started to look for another room but I was told they had none available. Great. They found me one which when I got too was already occupied and after another trip
Back to reception I got a student dorm room that would sleep 4. It was clean and tidy. Very good shower.
No tea and coffee facilities.
This hotel is also miles away from central Brussels. Near the seediest dirtiest part of downtown Brussels.
Overall Brussels is dirty, full of homeless, beggars everywhere.
We came to watch football which was decent but I wouldn’t recommend going to Brussels or this hotel.

There was a long delay at check in due to only one member of staff on reception.
Staff were very friendly but clearly under staffed.
The decor of the hotel looked very tired with heavily stained carpets and sofas.
the breakfast was very basic, a selection of cereals and cold meet and cheese. Whilst they had a pancake machine, this was not in use.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed
at, and it is in no way worth the price. From the moment of check-in, the
experience was extremely disappointing. We are a family of four, and after a continuous 10-hour drive, being required to complete forms via barcode was unnecessarily exhausting and completely inconvenient. The room was spacious, but the beds were placed so close together that the setup felt unacceptable. The hotel was
exceptionally dirty. The room contained only bath towels and no other amenities.
There were no additional facilities or services, and the furniture was extremely old, worn, and heavily soiled. The bedding had a foul smell, and there were no appliances at all, such as a kettle, coffee machine, or iron. The floor was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The breakfast was very poor and extremely limited. The lobby smelled strongly of cannabis smoke and was completely unclean. I am deeply disappointed and regret my decision. The photos are entirely misleading and bear no resemblance to the actual condition of the hotel. It was a serious mistake not to check the hotel's Google reviews before hand.

Overbooking

While a room was reserved, 15 people found themselves without a room; my friend slept on a chair in the lobby at 185 euros a night.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
I arrived late at night with a valid, confirmed reservation, but the hotel refused to give me a room because they could not find my booking. Instead of taking responsibility or helping me find a solution, I was left stranded in the middle of the night.
I had to spend hours contacting customer support and eventually pay for another hotel out of my own pocket just to have somewhere to sleep.
A confirmed reservation should guarantee a room. This hotel completely failed to honor my booking and showed no professionalism or concern for its guests. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
