We booked a ‘family suite’ for 4. On arrival we had been directed by email to one room with a double bed and bathroom. After sending messages, we were told the ‘suite’ included an adjacent room. The window had been left open, presumably to try to hide the over powering smell of cigarette smoke. This extra room had no facilities at all (not even a sink). The only way it could ‘share’ the bathroom was by leaving the doors unlocked on the other room which is hardly safe. We had to find a separate room for 2 of our party of 4 as a result. We were offered only a derisory sum of €35 compensation (not charging us to clean the room we had not used) but only then if we gave a positive review. I would rather provide a truthful review - for 2 people, one room was fine but very basic. For more than 2, I suggest you look elsewhere…
