Very clean and well-maintained room, a lovely entrance, and incredibly friendly staff. Their recommendation for Belgian waffles was excellent and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Though our room was in a high basement, it served us well during two days. Good beds, spacious bathroom, nice decoration.

The hotel presents a refined interior and well‑kept rooms, but the location is less appealing. During low season I was assigned a claustrophobic room with a window facing a wall, which significantly diminished the stay. Service felt unusually limited, with only two Nespresso capsules included and additional ones sold at reception. Given the strong competition in the area, I will choose other hotels in Brussel next visit.

Very close to the train station, so convenient if you are traveling via the train. (no car parking). Around the hotel is not exactly a tourist location and somewhat run down area and possibly dangerous at night. However transportation is close by so it was convenient. We walked back to train station to visit Atomium from there.

Great hotel. The only reason I deducted a star is that the doors are very thin and you hear everything in the hallway, which is not good when a rowdy group is talking loudly and going in and out of their room all night.
