Amazing location and great service
We had a wonderful stay, made even more special by the exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the team.
A special thank you to Hiruni at Reception, who was extremely helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with a smile.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to Mohamed (Bu Salman) from Guest Services for his kindness, attentiveness, and continuous support throughout our stay.
And of course, a very special thank you to the great Mostafa, who managed our booking and took care of all our needs so professionally. His attention to detail and dedication made everything smooth from the very beginning and contributed greatly to our overall experience.
I would also like to thank the entire Concierge team for their friendliness, warm attitude, and willingness to help whenever needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.
It is always the people who make a hotel stay memorable, and this team certainly did. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning again!

The service is second to none. The staff is unbelievably kind and accommodating.
The staff will never say no to any requests and will make you feel most welcome. The lounge staff is particularly kind. The pool area and gym are lovely. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job. Their attention to detail is amazing and the special chocolates they leave during turn down service are very nice. My housekeeper Sujan is a treasure, I hope to be assigned to his section everytime I visit this lovely hotel.
