Located in William's Town, this villa is on the beach. Hermitage Tomb and Rolletown Tombs are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Tropic of Cancer Beach and Salt Pond. With windsurfing and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water. Close to windsurfing, fishing, and more, this beach villa brings it all within reach. Tropic of Cancer Beach is an easy 5-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 9-minute drive to Little Exuma Beaches. After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink in the picnic area, and don't forget about the sun loungers and pool umbrellas. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player. This vacation rental features a BBQ grill, air conditioning, a roundtrip airport shuttle, and tour/ticket assistance. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities.

Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away.

Great Villa! Loved how close it is to the beach. Kamal is very prompt to any needs or questions that arise. Nice sitting area out front with a grill. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Amazing stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner even dropped off an anniversary gift, extra thoughtful! Small amenities like beach gear, tubes, snorkels were provided. A guide book to the area. All basic amenities like towels, soap, dishsoap were there. The cookwear and dishes were in good condition. Everything worked well. If I had to say a negative, there wasn't good water pressure, but that's to be expected on an island with well water. Bed was a tad hard, but definitely sleepable.

Beach paradise

Anniversary trip, owner went out of his way to drop us off a gift of cupcakes and wine. Property is just as advertised, very clean and everything worked well. Easy access to beach, short walk (5 min) Also, owner and his family went out of their way to help us get our car started when our battery died. Would definitely return. Note, when they say, take bug spray, no joke! Or stay away from the beach in the evening!!
