Only recommended !

Very clean and very nice rooms. Food was always delicious. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is super central, so you are right in the city center. All in one it is highly recommended as the price/performance is right!

Very unfriendly

A charming hotel in a good location. But an extremely unfriendly employee ruined my stay, and I will not stay there again. There are more hospitable hotels in Villach.

Highly recommended hotel in the center of Villach

Hotel Kramer is located in the centre of Villach with free parking, excellent service, rich breakfast buffet and great value for money. The staff are very competent, friendly and customer focused. My concern was dealt with to the fullest satisfaction and quickly.

Couple excursion

A small fine hotel, charmingly located in the heart of Villach, it has everything you need. Superbly appointed rooms, great beds and a fine breakfast where nothing is left to be desired. Friendly staff and free parking included. I would book a stay here anytime again.
