great location, terrible service

I stayed in the apartment complex near Schönbrunn. When i arrived the door handle to the appartment was not working. I texted their whatsapp number. They requested me to send a video. After 20 mins of texting they said the technician would be there in 25 mins. After a total of 45 mins sitting on the stairs i was finally let in. The technician then proceeded to fix the door while i showered as i had an appointment.
On the last day of my stay, with checkout being at 10am, a handyman knocked on the door at 9am and requested entry to fix the door. I told him not until 10. At exactly 10am, the Duschel apartment representative, the handyman and two cleaners knocked on my door and requested entry. When i told them that its not cool to request entry at 9am he said not my fault that the handyman arrived early.
All of this circus not allowing me to check the rooms a last time to see if i had forgotten something, when the next person won’t be checking in for another 5hrs. So disappointing.
when i left the apartment manager yelled after me "guess she won't be staying here again".
