Solid 3 star hotel.

Basically fine if you don't have too high expectations. The hotel is not the cleanest, but overall okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. A longer spontaneous stay was easily possible, even if only one other room category was available.
The room with balcony was pleasantly quiet – you heard almost nothing. The room without balcony, on the other hand, was much louder, especially with the window open until the late evening hours. But with the window closed it was quiet.
Somewhat disappointingly, the water in the shower didn’t get warm early in the morning (around 5:30 a.m.) – maybe timed?
In addition, the mattress in the first room was very sagged and you only slept well in the middle of the bed.
On the last evening a slatted bar slipped out of the slatted frame, this was noted by the hotel at no cost and without any problems.
Overall, a solid 3 star hotel that is fine for a stay, provided you don't have too high a requirement.

This hotel has only assets

We just spent 8 nights in this hotel and EVERYTHING is positive!
- A top location: 5 minutes walk from Vienna West Station. You can even make 1 stop with tram 60. There are then only 5 U3 metro stops for the Cathedral. It takes less than 20 minutes. For Schonbrunn idem on foot 35 minutes straight or 5 stops di tram 60. Not inconsiderable, the bus to the airport has a stop at this same station (11 euros one way and 20 return).
- A quiet, cozy and very clean hotel.
- A large apartment very well appointed.
- A small structure of about 60 rooms.
Very friendly staff and ready to help.
- A breakfast at 14 euros various and well provided. Only small flat not a change in the dishes offered in 1 week. A little tiresome.
A really interesting value for money. We highly recommend it!

This was a wonderful hotel for our stay. Convenient to transport. It was clean and had nice amenities. Beds were comfortable as well! Will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay. I had a balcony room which had a kettle, fridge, microwave and coffe machine. Bed was really comfortable and the metro station whch takes you all over the city is just fown the roqd

There are a number of restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops near this location- all within a short walking distance. The location allows for easy access to different transportation modes such as the metro. It is just as oictired online. I wiuld definitely be staying here on my next visit Vienna
