Rioca Vienna 2

Truly exceptional studio apartment! New, youthful, and comfortable structure. We, as a group of four, used Uber for transportation; in a quarter of an hour, you are in the city center. Quiet location, helpful staff, and large rooms with everything necessary. The common area upon entry is much appreciated, with water always available and a machine for free coffee, cappuccinos, tea, and herbal teas. Bakery on the corner below with fresh croissants and all kinds of pastries. Thank you!

On first glance, the room seemed okay. However, on further inspection, it was rubbish. We booked a room with a kitchenette which you would think meant you could use it to cook etc, but there was no kitchen amenities. We went downstairs to ask for forks, knifes, bowls and a frying pan and we were given a frying pan and one fork as a ‘favour’, if we wanted more, we had to upgrade our room to the next tier with a kitchen. How does this make any sense?! So the first tier with a kitchen, you can have one but nothing in it, second tier, you can have one with cutlery? WHAT A JOKE. The apartment was also covered in dust, the bed was so so so dusty, I was sneezing and blocked up every night. Not forgetting to mention the fact that the drains were blocked, so anytime you would use the sink it would take hours to go down, leaving anything you spat out after brushing your teeth in the basin, I had to keep wiping the sink with toilet roll after the water had emptied. They provided an all in one (half full) pump with body wash and shampoo in it, but no conditioner, we ran out and had to use hand soap- incase we were charged for that too!

Perfect

Very pleasant environment, super attentive and always available staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for resting after a day visiting Vienna. Well located, near trams, metro, and buses.

A lovely stay in this apartment. A suggestion would be air-conditioning as it was quite warm in the room. Staff were exceptionally friendly. We would recommend these accommodation.

Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Quite a walk from down town if you have mobility issues.
