⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A memorable experience!
This is without a doubt one of the greatest restaurant experiences we have had! We started with a tour of the impressive wine cellar, where we were served an exquisite champagne, a perfect start. The Sommelier was incredibly skilled and accompanied us throughout the meal with knowledge and commitment that raised the experience to a whole new level.
The meal itself was a journey in taste and aesthetics. We sat at the table for six hours enjoying the atmosphere and the fantastic dishes, each dish was a work of art.
The menu included delicacies such as Kingfish, Duck Liver "Forest", Alba truffle and Venison, and everything was prepared with precision and creativity. The wines added to the menu were perfect and harmonious with each dish.
The end with the Chef coming in, greeting us and inviting us to see the kitchen, was the dot over the i and made the experience complete.
We stay with memories for a lifetime and would warmly recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Thank you to the whole team for hospitality, professionalism and passion!

Incredible wine cellar tour
Although Palais Coburg guest rooms are currently under renovation, we took advantage of the ability to tour the amazing wine cellars that are here, and taste some wines. This was a unique experience because of the immense size and variety of the collection, and the excellent tour provided by Lenny, one of the sommeliers. Lenny was very nice, extremely knowledgeable about the wine collection, and he chose some excellent wines for us to taste that we truly enjoyed. The 4 of us were extremely impressed. Thank you and great job Lenny!

Palais Coburg - a house with history
The Palais Coburg is beautiful to look at: by day and by night. The palace is located not far from the Ringstraße at the Parkring and is a prime example of historicist architecture. We stayed next door at the Hotel am Parkring and from there had a wonderful view of the palace - day and night.

The Rêverie saxophone quartet in the Coburg Bastion!
The Coburg Bastion is one of the rare remnants of the defensive wall around Vienna. The adjacent Coburg Palais is an exclusive hotel and a venue for various cultural events and concerts.
We came to Vienna to listen to the concert at the Coburg Bastion of the Rêverie saxophone quartet and our nephew, one of its members. The music was beautiful, a mix of contemporary and classical compositions which we enjoyed very much!

An oasis of peace
We stayed from 08.08. to 11.08. at Palais Coburg zu Gasst. The Booking Referral selection was relatively easy because many hotels were fully booked or completely overpriced due to the supposed Taylor Swift concerts. We didn't regret our choice for a second. The reception (with a glass of champagne) as well as the staff were warm, helpful and professional. The room (we had an upgrade to a residence suite, thank you!) left nothing to be desired. Nowhere in Vienna can you find so much space and luxury at such a reasonable price. You might object that the room furnishings are no longer quite contemporary, but nothing seemed animate or even shabby. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast outside in the "Clementine" left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the restaurant Silvio Nickol (like so many restaurants in Vienna in August) was closed. We didn't visit the spa area. We would recommend the Palais Coburg at any time.
