Generally good with some weird stuff missing

Good location with smooth connection to the whole of Vienna if you grab a public transport card (we took a 7 day card even though we only stayed 5..still well worth it!)
The hotel is standard well equipped. Things like coffee machine, kettle, ironing board etc are all there.
Downside is small beds (I'm 1.97cm), shower heads that I don't fit under, airco that is loud. Airco on setting 2 or 3 is a hurricane on setting 1 it doesn't cool enough though.
Good atmosphere and mood. Ambiance is good to great with really nice staff.
Breakfast was good in quality but lacking in excitement. Every day the same thing.. Even beyond the understood staples.
All in all still would do.

Top stay in a beautifuly designed hotel

The hotel was beautifully designed, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. The room was elegant and comfortable, the service was attentive and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. A truly enjoyable experience — I would happily stay here again!

The pools and saunas were rather nice additions. Bar food and cocktails also very good and expertly made. Best Old Fashioned I’ve had in many a year

Good Hotel

Very good hotel. Clean with a nice atmosphere. Good pool and gym. Friendly staff. Convenient for trams/trains into city centre.
Breakfast was a little expensive

Luxurious stay in beautifully designed hotel

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in and remarkable value considering the comfort and quality of the rooms, stunning design of the hotel, impressive breakfast, bar and restaurant plus free swimming pool and spa. The staff were friendly and professional, excellent room service and immaculately clean. Ten out of ten. Good local transport connections or an interesting 20 minute stroll to the centre. A wonderful stay.
