Superb location! Being right next to Mariahilfer Straße was absolutely fantastic. We were traveling with our five-year-old daughter, and we felt completely comfortable walking around at any time of day. We never experienced any safety concerns.
The hotel is quite good in terms of basic needs. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is available upon request.
If you choose to have breakfast at the hotel, you can easily have a satisfying meal at a very reasonable price and start your day well. Options such as coffee, croissants, and pancakes should be sufficient, at least for those who prefer a breakfast somewhat closer to the Turkish style.
The hotel also has its own restaurant, Günter, where you can enjoy dinner and have a drink.
There is also a very good Italian restaurant located very close to the hotel, right behind it and almost level with the back entrance. It is definitely worth considering for dinner.

Horrible.
The only positive thing I can write about this hotel is the location and the air conditioning in the room.. It is perfectly located to explore Vienna, close to public transport, far enough from the center to sleep peacefully. The staff look like they have the most terrible job in the world. The beds are soft and saggy. Bed is weirdly made, only the topper, not the whole bed so the topper went to the slide and I regularly chuckled out of bed at night with mattress and all.Complaint filed, but they did not know how to solve this. On my annoyed remark then sleep I did get on the floor is in response, you must do ma'am. Unheard of. Dirty carpeting with stains. Broken curtains. Breakfast is just expensive € 18.00 per day, but if you take several days you get a discount and it only costs € 15.00 per day. Big amount for old sandwiches, lukewarm coffee and very sweet juice. At 9 am everything was gone when you should be able to have breakfast from 7 am to 10.30 am. There is also no cleaning, unless you ask at the reception. I did this 3 times, but on all 3 occasions I could return to the reception to ask for toilet paper, because that was not even replenished. Very, but also very disappointed. Vienna itself beautiful beautiful city, definitely recommended, fantastic public transport arrangement (tip take the wienmobil app), but not in this hotel.

Disappointing despite location
I’ve given 3 stars for location and breakfast otherwise it would be lower.
We’d booked via a sports firm to attend the Austrian Grand Prix. This hotel was the ‘no extra cost’ choice.
Location - good for access to trains, trams and underground. 5-10 min walk depending on your speed.
It is overlooking a very busy road.
Rooms - some have been updated, ours was not. The carpet was stained and dirty. We did get moved after speaking to our tour rep. The second room had laminate and was much cleaner and brighter.
Air con didn’t work in either room.
Breakfast - was good with plenty of choice. But on race day we hadn’t been told we could have an earlier breakfast. Thankfully we went down early.
On the Saturday night we got back after exploring on the train, we were tired, hungry and thirsty. There was a private party occupying the bar area. We as guests at the hotel couldn’t even get a drink. Staff were totally unbothered.
Staff - well a couple were friendly but on the whole they were sullen and totally unhelpful.
If you’re looking for a one night stop over it’s fine but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast but it would be nice if they have laundry facilities.

The property is well located and clean. It is barebones in terms of amenities. What I missed most is the safe and iron. Like other Ibis hotels rooms are smaller in comparison to hotels in the same catergory.
