Hyatt Regency - One of the Best

This is simply an excellent hotel. The quality of room and the service received were very, very good. This hotel may not have the best location to central Vienna, but the transit options just a short walk away make it easy and fast to access. The rooftop is amazing.

Top hotel with very good transport connections

The Hyatt Regency in Vienna is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly and professional staff.
The house offers very well-equipped and large rooms. The restaurant is very good. The rooftop bar is outstanding and one of the most beautiful in Vienna.
The house has very good transport connections to the city and the airport. I use the Hyatt Regency for each of my quite numerous stays in Vienna and always feel at home there.
It is highly recommended!

Great Staff services

Rooms were very clean and staffs were very friendly. Breakfast served us with any types of eggs. Coffee and juices were fresh and hot.

Avoid staying here

Worst service ever. Doubletree doing better than Hyatt regency here in Vienna. Even you have member with Hyatt. You will still have to wait until 4 pm to check in(normally 3 pm) and they just asked you to sit at common area with load of your stuff. The front desk never done anything. I simply ask for an adaptor and they always say “we will send it to your room”. Of course it never came. Just like these useless supper call center. All they do just reply yes and make sure you hang up. And you call again they did the same and eventually you give up on asking for service. What a joke.
