Would love to return.
Rooms in the new building are top-notch: Soundproof windows and doors. No noise from the hallway, and even the otherwise pleasant sound of cowbells can be "turned off" at night. Wellness area is large and quiet.
Catering is very good, dinner tempts one to overindulgence. One really has to look for points of criticism: Quickly fried items (beef filet, fish) should be served on a pre-warmed plate, otherwise they cool down too quickly; this is complaining at a high level.

Not perfect but okay
Location of the hotel is perfect. The room (suite on the 3rd floor with sauna, etc.) is absolutely amazing, really perfect. The reason for the satisfactory rating unfortunately lies with the staff. Not because they were rude, quite the opposite. However, they are all overwhelmed and, in my opinion, have too little to no experience in the hospitality industry. It seemed to me slow and somewhat unmotivated. The food was generally good, unfortunately served cold both days. The drink menu (wine list) is quite decent, I would almost say top-notch. At breakfast, the yogurt was unfortunately inedible and sour on both days. These points unfortunately tarnish the experience, especially because one expects something different at such a hotel with these prices. However, I think this experience would be significantly better in the winter season because presumably a different staff is available. Thus, from my perspective, 3 out of 5 honest stars.

Definitely stylish and recommendable.
KÜHTAI in summer - the VAYA definitely offers a top spot for accommodation. Super accommodating reception and front desk. Accommodation, room, and wellness area - top marks, only a point deduction for the gastronomy and organization area. Assigned tables were changed multiple times during our stay. Explanation not comprehensible. Staff seemed a bit hectic here. Summary - definitely recommended. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel! but...
This is a particularly well located ski-in ski-out hotel with a beautiful swimming pool, different saunas and Amman. Rest area .Spacious and clean room.
Even an underground garage, price a little high.
Shadow on the board, dinner!
Proper scooping. The salad buffet lacks fresh produce, except for green salad.
Disappointing main course

Beautiful platter of local cheeses and others.
Desserts and very medium ice.
Breakfast is good even though we would appreciate a fresh fruit and or vegetable juice.

Ski Holidays
Ski hotel, beautifully located directly on ski slope.. many facilities:garage, wellness...
Unfortunately a hugely bad service, this hotel unworthy... Buffet , both morning and evening substandard , the service:amateurish...The sun terrace closed due to no staff... Settlement at end of week not correct more than 100 euros difference after check, without professional apology or courtesy... Overall not worth 4 stars.
