Nadmíru spokojení jsme byli. Doporučujeme

Byli jsme zde ubytovaní během lyžařské dovolené a byli jsme maximálně spokojeni. Ubytování je krásné, moderní, velmi čisté a zároveň útulné. Je vidět, že se o něj majitelé opravdu starají a dávají si záležet na detailech.
Velkým bonusem je terasa s grilem, kterou jsme v zimě tolik nevyužili, ale v létě musí být perfektní na posezení. K dispozici je také sauna, která po dni na lyžích přijde opravdu vhod.
Velmi jsme ocenili i praktickou polohu, asi 100 metrů od ubytování je supermarket i drogérie, takže když člověk na něco zapomene, není to žádný problém.
Komunikace s majiteli byla skvělá. V případě potřeby reagovali rychle a byli velmi ochotní. Pobyt jsme si opravdu užili a rádi se sem někdy vrátíme.

Terrible customer service

I don't give them zero stars because I can't. We had to cancel our Dolomites trip halfway through and return to Spain due to a serious family emergency. We gave as much notice as we could and they offered us a refund if they rented again. They rented again but never reimbursed us. Money isn't everything, gentlemen. I hope no one ever has to go through what we went through, and if they do, that they don't run into people like the Chalet West managers.

Appartamenti super!

Non fatevi ingannare dall’esterno, questi appartamenti sono nell’area industriale di sillian e fuori sembrano un capannone artigianale, ma dentro solo delle vere e proprie chicche. Completo di tutto quello che si può immaginare, ristrutturati di recente. Ampia terrazza con solarium e sauna. Parcheggio gratuito.
Consigliatissimo!
