Wohl gefühlt!

Waren mit einer größeren Radgruppe (21 Personen) im Hotel einquartiert. Reservierung Monate voraus und Abwicklung hat bestens geklappt. Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Durften alle unsere Räder im alten Schankraum unterstellen!
Moderne, neue Zimmer, sehr gutes umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Hat uns allen bestens gefallen, empfehlenswert!!

Nothing Special

When planning our last trip to Poysdorf we were disappointed that none of the hotels / B&Bs where we had previously stayed were available. Luckily the recently remodeled and reopened Weinhotel Rieder had the last available room in all of Poysdorf. The room was small, clean, and had a nice modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet had awful coffee, and a generic selection of food items. The room served its purpose, as we came to attend a wine tasting dinner at Erich Schreiber's Wino, not to luxuriate in a wellness hotel. However, we would go back only if it was again the last available room in town.

New hotel

We spent over an hour walking around the same block trying to find the hotel; we were looking at every door that was at the listed address, but none of the places were open and nobody was inside. Luckily, the hotel owner happened to see us and was able to get us into our rooms. Everywhere was very new and some places still looked like they were under construction. The room was clean, but there was no wifi or A/C. Breakfast was at a cafe two minutes walk from the hotel, and the selection of food was decent.

FRÜHSTÜCK UNTER JEDER KRITIK

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber auch keine Kunst , denn es war ganz neu. Der Frühstücksraum ist furchtbar, Riesentische wie in einem Saal, Käse und Wurst von sehr minderer Qualität, Saft aus dem Packerl vom Diskonter, Kaffe von einer Maschine, und schmeckte wie Abwaschwasser, Eier kalt und hart, keine frischen Spiegeleier oder dergleichen.

Et flott nyoppusset hotell

Et eldre hotell som er flott nyoppusset. Hyggelig velkomst, flott interiør, flotte store rom og romslige bad. Hotellet bærer preg av luksus med romslige korridorer. Ikke helt ferdig ennå, så vi spiste frokost og ordnet oppgjør på et annet hotell til samme eier like i nærheten. Dette var uproblematisk. Vi ble opplyst om at når hotellet var helt ferdig oppusset, så skulle alt dette foregår på hotellet.
I dag så vil nok rom vekk fra hovedgaten som har stor gjennomgangstrafikk være å anbefale, men når den nye motorveien er ferdig blir dette neppe et problem.
En herlig sjarmerende vinlandsby som er vel verdt et besøk.
