All Suite Resorts Otztal -Highly recommended !
We had a wonderful stay at All-Suite Resort Oetztal. Excellent place!!!
The apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right next to a large supermarket, making it very convenient, and it's an excellent base for exploring the area.
A special thank you to Ivan at the reception. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. He went above and beyond to assist us with every question and request, and his outstanding service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Ötztal area and would gladly stay here again!

Disappointing
We stayed at the hotel as a family of six souls – two parents and four children aged 10–16.
We chose to book the stay with breakfast to make it easier to organize in the morning, but we were very disappointed.
First, we were surprised to find out that the "breakfast" included boxes of self-made supplies in the room, rather than an orderly breakfast.
We asked for 12 eggs instead of 6, vegetables and yellow cheese without sausage, but in practice none of the requests were fulfilled. Every morning we received only 6 eggs for the whole family, without vegetables, with sausage and cheese packed together, as well as from spices we asked to remove.
We ended up paying about 170 euros for breakfast, and also had to buy groceries at the supermarket to complete a family-worthy breakfast.
For the place it would be said that the apartment was clean, and there was also a laundry room for the guests to use. However, the dryer did not work, and we had to dry the clothes on clothes in the room.
In conclusion, although the apartment itself was clean, the overall experience was disappointing, mainly due to the issue of breakfast and the lack of response to our requests.

Perfect accommodation
The apartment was very cozy and is furnished to a high standard. We were warmly welcomed at check-in. The staff was always helpful and nice. We felt very comfortable and will come back soon.

Perfect stay
Spacious and cozy apartment, with wonderful view from the balcony and well equipped kitchen for all our needs. The staff were extremely nice, and the facilities are excellent for our family. The heated pool for swimming with it baby, the lake water pool for some cooler swims, and the saunas with the relaxation rooms were just what we needed
