Great hotel in a small, charming village

Overall, everything was great, but there were a few small issues. The indoor Finnish sauna was too brightly lit. The ceiling lights were shining straight into your eyes if you tried to lie down. When sitting, the lights were not disturbing. The outdoor sauna had softer lighting, but it would benefit from having curtains on the windows, especially on sunny days. That said, having two Finnish saunas available was a great feature and definitely a plus. Breakfast was excellent, but it would be nice to have a choice of different coffee beans or roasts. The coffee available was not quite to our taste.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we cannot install curtains in the sauna in the outdoor area.

Perfect.

Everything is perfect from breakfast to evening dinner , some evening buffet and themed meals.
Attentive staff, sometimes speaking French

Family-run hotel, well suited for couples!

We were welcomed very warmly and felt welcome immediately. The hotel is nicely situated and we liked it very much.

Alpine elegant hotel in Neustift

Great hotel in Neustift directly at the cable car. Short walk to the center and grocery stores. Ideal starting point for hikes.
