A great family break!
We had a starry sky chalet for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The chalets are very nice and very clean! Only the fact that the bedrooms are on two different levels, but not enclosed rooms has challenged us in the sleep accompaniment of two small children. But that's situational. A bigger downside for us were the hard mattresses. We haven't slept through a single night... but that's individual, too.
What I really can't understand are the food reviews. We were top satisfied with the half board! The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the dinner was very good! Especially the halibut and the beef fillet were excellent! The children's buffet had always changing offers in addition to the standard evening dishes and we could have eaten enough of ourselves sometimes already:)
However, we did not try the external food offerings such as the Miracoulix.
The park itself is just very nice and especially the aqua playground has kept our son busy for hours.
We definitely liked it and we will definitely come back!:)

Not again, the price-performance ratio simply does not match.
We had expected much more due to the 4-star claim. The facility has potential and some nice ideas, but overall we were unfortunately disappointed.
Positively noteworthy are the large terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sufficient towels at the house, and the nature-oriented design of the park. Our child particularly enjoyed the water playground.
Unfortunately, there were many points that are not acceptable for a 4-star resort from our perspective:
The accommodation was only very minimally equipped. In the kitchen, there were only a toaster, coffee machine, cups, and cutlery – no pots, no other dishes, no trash bags, or dish towels. A note on the required coffee capsules on the website would also have been helpful. With an additional charge of €36 per dog, we would have expected at least a water bowl.
The sleeping situation was difficult, as the children's and bedrooms are only open galleries without doors. As a result, one can hear every noise. Additionally, it was very stuffy in the middle rooms, as only a small skylight could be opened. Due to the sunshade at the panoramic window, the sleeping area was already extremely bright from around 5 AM.
In the park itself, many attractions were closed, not even set up, or defective; many screens were not functioning, and there was hardly any sun protection/sails, which is particularly problematic with children. Some areas appeared unkempt: wobbly benches, protruding screws, hoses sticking out of the ground, and trees filled with cobwebs and caterpillars.
We found the following particularly disturbing:
* non-functioning check-in and check-out counters in extreme heat,
* missing or unclear information on the website; the guest app was only partially usable through the homepage and lacked real functions.
* overpriced drinks, with some vending machines empty by midday, even though there were hardly any visitors in the park.
* continuously operating lawnmowers without warning signs.
* no staff in the park; service in the restaurant was sometimes very poor.
* hardly any, or worn-out, signs and wayfinding throughout the area; the posted park map was not up to date.
Furthermore, one should definitely know: The entire park is located very steeply on the mountain. With a toddler, stroller, or limited fitness, this is very strenuous. We would have greatly appreciated this information in advance.
Conclusion: A nice basic idea, but the organization, maintenance, information, and comfort do not meet the standards of a 4-star resort, especially not for the high price.

Gladly again – but only with NEW KITCHENCREW
A fantastic resort, clean, great built, the (few) staff on site – but this is part of the concept and also works really well – really very, very friendly and effortful. We had a starry sky chalet – sparkling clean & beautiful. Great activities for the kids and really highly recommended – were it not for the really miserable kitchen performance. Unfortunately, it goes through, whether hotel restaurant or á la carte restaurant – convenience cuisine in unfortunately really poor quality. We tried the hotel restaurant on the first day as the half board was included. Choice of modest, beef tartare, halibut or green curry – on request, whether there is also a meat dish: Unfortunately not, Friday is fish day – I just thought then the beef tartare fits perfectly . The next day, although half board is included, at the additional full price (as no credit can be given), the Miraculix Restaurant tastes: Unfortunately, the same disaster. The purchased dinonuggets were still the best, the “barbecue buffet” cold and of really poor quality – turkey steak, pork ladle – canned potato salad. The best part was the – of course – purchased pizza in the snack bar at the top of the tires. All in all, it’s a real shame and just doesn’t fit the resort – even the service staff are desperate and apparently can’t talk to the kitchen because they are consultative and voluntarily forgo the staff dinner. As an owner, I would consider changing the kitchen management – the performance just doesn’t fit the overall impression and, as can already be read in many comments, runs the reputation. And a little regionality away from the freezer might do the trick.
