Belle Kitz is cheating on the place

Don't be fooled. We booked through booking.com and saw very nice pictures on the site. There was only one apartment according to the booking. Upon arrival, the beautiful photos did not appear to correspond to reality. Filed a complaint about this but then you run into a towering wall both with Booking and with the owner. It turns out they have three apartments but you can't always choose from these. If an apartment is rented out, they leave the photos of all the apartments and therefore you think you choose something similar to the photos. However, this is not correct. When you book you will receive a confirmation that you have reserved Belle Kitz 1, 2 or 3. You still don't know there are multiple apartments. And you rely on the photos. If an apartment is rented out they show an apartment on booking.com where you think it is the beautiful apartment. You don't see anything of a choice and you don't know from the description that it's multiple apartments. They just adjust it every time.
In addition, maintenance is poor. Dust and doors falling off the hinges everywhere, and a cupboard that is just too dirty to put anything down.
In short, this landlord is only lining his pockets (4000.00 for a week) and is cheating the place. Advice: don't, even if there is a small chance that you will book the beautiful apartment.
