Bye bye, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I point out that I was not a guest of this hotel, I was satisfied with the attitude that he had to my request for a quote for 3 families in a given period.
They demanded that I write in English, otherwise they wouldn't even answer me, they were rude and rude as never happened to me.
I highly recommend the staff to change their attitude and be more helpful and kind to those who allow you to stay open to offer services that so many other hotels offer in a much kinder and more professional way. Obviously I would not go there or recommend it to anyone.

Top location and breakfast!

Perfect location, 50m walk from the gondola and close to the main street and Goassstall. Apartment is simple but neat, clean and adequately furnished with a good bed and even the sofa bed was good. The breakfast is very extensive and very well prepared.
The reception by the hotel manager (the hotel is owned by an organization) was friendly and when we left he even cleared our car of snow! Great service!!
The only downside is that the full amount had to be paid in advance...

Great staff!

We had a very pleasant stay, the host is very kind and attentive to requests.
Next to the hotel there is a very nice garden with equal facilities. There is some noise from it but it is very nice for children.

Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff, the room for one person was super comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms and very good space for bikes. Maybe just a little bad insulation in the rooms because you can hear the movements of the chairs. I'll be back.
