Very pleasant stay

The Hotel Krug is centrally located in the older part of Gumpoldskirchen, making everything within walking distance. The room was very nice and especially the breakfast room is very cozy. What impressed me particularly was the friendliness in the hotel, we felt very comfortable.

Advice!

Hotel with few rooms, small and simple but nice in Austrian / Tyrolean style, clean (important thing) and Mrs. Martina very kind and friendly! Of course do not expect a luxury hotel but he lacked nothing, all functioning and efficient. Great breakfast, good location.

Cosy hotel, friendly staff

This is surely not the est equipped hotel in the region, but the kindlyness of the onwers and the staff makes it up.
Would be nice to have air-conditioning in the rooms, otherwise no major flaws. Breakfast is great and flexible. The Krug family also has a restaurant, which unforunately does not offer the same dedicated staff.

Professionaly run family business. Quiet place with a great breakfast. Very nice! We really felt very welcome. Be sure to check out the great Krug wines, especially 'Die Versuchung'. Will definitely come back....

Excellent Traditional Austrian Cuisine

We visited krug gumpoldskirchen for lunch during our stay in Austria. The decore, food and staff are all traditionally Austrian and all are quite excellent. We had a wonderful lunch with their in-house wine both red and white are delicious. The Tafelspitz and Butter schnitzel were fabulous. Very friendly and personable staff were always on hand.
Wonderful surroundings.
Quite excellent in every way.
If you can get out to Gumpoldskirchen you will not be disappointed.
