Wow. What a Gem.

Absolutely amazing stay. Rooms are spacious and modern, and being cleaned every day. There is a well stocked mini bar and very good coffee machine in the room. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and every staff member went out of their way to help during our entire stay (11days). Mrs Puff is clearly a very experienced Manageress - she is friendly, professional and has a magic touch with every customer that walks through the door. with a smile on her face all day!! Miss Ronja Rüdisser was also incredibly welcoming and went beyond the call of duty at every encounter. And the breakfast..... there is everything you can think of - and more. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Thank you to all the staff- you have a fantastic leader with Mrs Puff and it shows.

Excellent hotel

Stayed one night for the first time in July , good easy to find location in the middle of town, underground car park directly under hotel, which was easy to find.
Biggest plus point of the hotel is the friendliness of they staff , always smiling and also wanting to help.
We arrived early , too early to check in but had coffees in the bar area, they even found us some croissants from breakfast whilst we waited ,
10 minutes later our rooms were ready , immaculately clean , nice balcony with a view , even English tv channels !
Had a very goods night sleep and breakfast was fantastic endless choice all fresh and well tended by the again chatty and friendly staff .
Can’t wait to stay here again , have no
Negatives at all about this hotel ... will

Great accommodations

Staff is wonderful and very friendly. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are clean and well outfitted. Can't say enough about the hotel. Thank you and I hope to be back. The bar is very well stocked with a variety of liquor.
