Again and again
Simply stylish, cozy and familiar, right in the center and yet quiet – I didn’t think long and immediately booked another stay of 3 weeks for the coming year.

We had a very nice stay, the room was Beautifully decorated with a nice balcony.
The hotel is incredibly nice, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone, already missing the good breakfast buffet.
The location of the hotel is very good. A very nice, family-run hotel. We asked Sabrina for a table fan, which was brought to us very quickly. We are very happy with the service.
PS; We had a pleasant trip home, happy to come to you next year on vacation. Many thanks to the entire team of the Hotel & Apart Central in Fügen.

Fabulous
We had a lovely stay in the landhaus adjacent to the main building. Everything was super clean, decent sized rooms, lots of storage space and lovely balconies. Our only complaint would be the pillows were awful, very flat and lumpy. Could do with bigger/newer/firmer ones.
It was lovely having a jug & glasses provided to enjoy the tap water from Fügen, it was so nice!
The breakfast was SUPERB, fabulous choices and excellent service of tea/coffee. The people who run the hotel are wonderful. Really nice bar/lounge area in the hotel in the evening.
The sauna area was great, very much enjoyed that facility!
The hotel is a great location too. We would 100% stay again.

Have a nice stay in Fügen!
We stayed 5 nights at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 11am. The hotel room wasn't ready yet, but we could change into a small dressing room. Toilets were also available in the hallway. These look very neat. After a short refreshment moment we walked to the ski rental. After a short day of skiing we came back to the hotel and the room was ready. After a nice welcome we got the key to the room. We were in the main house with the room on the main road. We thought this might cause inconvenience, but this was not the case. What was really nice were the shutters. You could darken the entire room. The room and bathroom were neat and the bed was lovely.
Every morning there was a delicious breakfast ready. This was provided by a friendly lady. She did her best to take care of it all properly. And in the morning, she remembered what you had drunk at breakfast the previous morning.
We wanted to hit the slopes early one morning. But after the arrival in the skiraum, my husband's ski boots were gone. Switched by someone else. A nasty start to the day, but what was seriously picked up by the owner. Later in the day the person came to us and apologized. This was nice.
The bus to Spieljoch, Hochfügen, Kaltenbach and Zell am Ziller stops at the door. Ideal! It's a hotel I could definitely go back to!

No respect for guests’ property and zero customer orientation.
After a pretty uneventful night in one of Hotel Central’s very basic and dated annex rooms (clean and with a nice sauna area, though, hence the second star), we found our car (which was parked in one of the hotel’s official parking spaces) covered in debris. That morning, staff were removing the plants from their balconies without caring about what was beneath. The receptionist, I suppose the daughter of the owners, rejected my complaint with a shrug and said they “still would have cleaned the car with the garden vacuum”. Which sane person would clean a car with a garden vacuum, especially if the debris went into all gaps and joints?
Even though I told her that I was really disappointed and that this experience would mar our impression, she just shrugged her shoulders again and snappishly said: “There’s nothing I can do about that”.
Well, maybe showing some sympathy and at least offering to reimburse the car cleaning costs would have been an option?
