Great hotel with super service.

Fully completed fantastic hotel.
Good P-keller with possibility of charging of electric car.
Extra ordinary friendly and service minded staff.
Clean and nice.
Really delicious food - both morning and evening.
The bicycle area is not unlocked, but an open area in the P basement. However, it is video monitored and the basement locks at night. So works ok with a chain lock. But that could be the only minor minus.

Great family hotel

We had a great time in Fiss thanks to the excellent service in hotel Nagalu. We traveled with our one year old daughter and everything was taken care of for us. From the room to the restaurant and from the swimming pool to the advice on what to do in and around Fiss; service was excellent. Thank you very much! We look forward to our next visit to Fiss and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Nice spacious clean rooms.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great location.
Parking garage .
Delicious breakfast, and in the evening possibility for dinner (preferred menu which is on the table in the morning, please note not all days possible )
Many small children in the pool who were clearly present , and kept all beds occupied with their bathrobes . ( balls , bombs , hide and seek , stairs occupied etc)
( was not my expectation at this hotel, so I was very disappointed. Several wellness hotels visited with children )
few restaurants around where you can eat, summer period?!
Tip , book in time .
Parking garage is not spacious enough for all rooms, double parking is allowed, (we found that no problem because we do not use the car during our stay anyway)

A thoroughly recommendable hotel with top-class details.

Super friendly and attentive staff. Very modern and at the same time cozy design. Perfect location close to the ski slopes (5min walk) with the hotel's own ski room with cabins for heated storage of all equipment (including shells, gloves, etc.). Rich breakfast, also with many vegan options. Free tea and coffee bar around the clock, fruit basket, fresh ginger, etc. Incredibly beautiful wellness area with a smooth transition from heated indoor outdoor pool, saunas with top insulation that keep the heat. Large, long sauna towels. Rooms with practical hangers and storage for ski equipment. Very dog-friendly.
We would absolutely recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

Impeccable! Highly recommend

We stayed at Hotel Nagalu for a family ski trip to Fiss. The hotel surpassed all our expectations and was a definite highlight. Thoughtfully appointed large rooms, wonderful breakfast, attentive staff, excellent views. Our first time in Fiss & this hotel and we couldn't have asked for more. The hotel has been recently renovated - is not only aesthetically pleasing but they've also taken great care to preempt guests needs so one barely had to ask for anything. Kids were thrilled about the unlimited hot chocolate and 3-5pm daily cake time.
We absolutely loved our experience here and would come back in a heartbeat!
