Magnificent

Dear Hotel Kristall team
We are back in Switzerland. In very hot, humid Switzerland. Suitcases unpacked, laundry washed... actually ready for vacation in your great house again.
Our vacation was magnificent. Starting from the reservation to the warm welcome upon arrival. It continued with the amenities of your hotel, the friendly and helpful staff. And the food was sensational!! It was always difficult to choose the main course. Or the variety with the very good and diverse buffets.
We went on great bike tours and enjoyed the area in the Zillertal. On a rest day, we used the mountain lifts and the buses.
It was fantastic!
We would love to come back.

Here, the guests are treated like royalty.

Unfortunately, we were only at the Kristall Hotel for 4 days, far too short, even though our weather was not inviting!
From the very first minute, we were warmly welcomed at the reception by Barbara.
We had booked half board; the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, and the 5-course dinner deserves special praise, very lovingly arranged!
The room rating also receives full marks; it was always kept clean!
For those who have not yet been to the Kristall Hotel, we can recommend this hotel without reservations! TOP!!!!!
Those who have such employees can be proud of their team!
Keep it up, we will definitely come back!

Wonderful Holiday in the Ziller Valley

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from July 26th to August 2th, 2025. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience. Great attention to guests from the reception to the dinner (expecially Daniel who was perfect). We booked a Maple suite on the first floor. It is a suite with two rooms, big and with a nice view on the mountain and the Finkerberg cable car. The hotel is very clean. The valley is divine!!

Homely, quiet hotel

The family-run hotel is pretty, modern renovated and has spacious, beautiful, clean rooms with balcony and practical boxes, and is quietly located. The cable car is less than a 5 minute walk, and the bus stop only a minute. By bus you can reach Mayrhofen in a few minutes. The morning meal is very rich - qualitative as well as quantitative - and very nicely presented - a real pleasure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Mrs. Barbara from the reception for her valued hospitality as well as to the Buchsteiner family. I look forward to another time.

Highly recommended hotel

We spent the last week of August 2024 here and are very enthusiastic about the very well maintained and beautiful hotel with consistently friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cozy and clean, the food is very varied and tasty. The wellness area beautiful and the massages recommended. Landscape and hiking opportunities overwhelming. All in all highly recommended.
