Lovely family run atmospheric hotel with great dining and comfort

We visit twice a year and take the same large room with balcony. Also has a separate shower room and toilet which is really good. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, fridge and flat screen TV. Huge breakfast buffet and multi course dinner with choices of meat, fish and vegetarian. Good wine list, great staff, nice sauna and wellness area and spacious ski room. Free parking and good location for various lifts. Highly recommended.

Recommended house

I can absolutely recommend the Hotel Reitlwirt. Nice clean room, rich breakfast. good service at breakfast and dinner. The only flaw for me was that in the menu in the evening no small dishes (e.g. Austrian dishes like cheese spätzle) were offered and the pasta dishes had included too large a salad, but were a bit small from the amount of pasta.

As good as it gets

Always a pleasure to stay at the hotel Reitlwirt, friendly staff, large well appoited rooms, comprehensive breakfast, short walk to rail station, I have no reservation than to highly recommend this Hotel.

Great hotel with good connection to ski resort

A good hotel located on the outskirts of Brixen im Thale. The ski bus stops right outside and takes you to the lifts of the Brixen and Westendorf ski areas in a few minutes. The rooms are tidy. Bathroom is not too big. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine with, made-to-order, egg dishes that are ready quickly. There is a restaurant , but we used half-board. Every night a choice between meat, fish and vegetarian main course. Salad buffet and cheeses as an extra on top of the three-course menu. Allergies are taken into account.

Everything used to be better

Standards have been greatly reduced. The food was very mediocre. A Rib Eye Steak for 38 eu is a usual price, but give Rib Eye..... piece of meat was well done, staff looked away. Too bad for one last time
Of the year. The Reitlwirt of the past was better
