Beware

When I tried to adjust my reservation, this place completely ghosted me. For three days I tried contacting them, both directly and through Booking.com, yet they chose silence over honesty, simply keeping my money for a night I didn’t even stay.
I had asked to postpone my reservation well in advance. A straightforward “no” would have been the bare minimum. Instead, they ignored every message and request. In the end, I paid €140 for nothing.
Their behavior shows zero professionalism and zero respect for guests. I would not trust them with anything.
