Alps, flowers, tranquillity, rest, no-noise holiday environment.

Relax, very kind. Wooden room bordering on perfection. Comfortable parking attached. Well located in the area. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff and owner. It has four or five bedrooms and a green space around it that suggests rest. There are very close warm water lakes (it seems a lie) and it circulates very well, little traffic and very nice, small and dominable cities (like Vilach).

The owner makes all the difference...

The place is cleane and nice like most of the places I visited.
BUT, the Madame that guests us was sneaky and unfairly.
That did the all difference...
In this region there are plenty of guesthouses with same characteristics.
I propose to find a better place.

good for a short stay

good for a short stay, the room is not so comfortable, the bathroom is new but small, the breakfast is very good, quiet and peaceful at night - you can see the stars so near, parking place near the Hotel but for the check in and check out you can park in front of the Hotel

declined reservation due to overbooking a week after reservation.

A whole week after reservation, the hotel declined our reservation due to "overbooking due to reseravtions from multiple sources), offering other dates. Didn't' help much, as we can't change the flight date, and they could notify us earlier. Disappointing.

We always do our very best to react as fast as possible. As we are a small bed and breakfast that is family driven in high season we sometimes need some days to react, that are in fact always too long for you as a guest.

Top Unterkunft

Eine Top-Unterkunft in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage. Wir wurden außerdem sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur sauber, sondern auch sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grandios - es hat nichts gefehlt. Es gibt auch ausreichend Parkplätze.
