Amazing place! Amazing karin!

The place is clean highly equipt with all the stuff needed for staying, with great kitchen and wonderful living room and bed rooms. Karin was just perfect! She helped us in finding the right places for groceries and a very good restaurant. The location of the villa is also perfect! 20 min from Salzburg and less then an hour for all the best attraction salzburgland has to offer. We will defenatly come again!!!

Fantastic

We stayed here on a mid week break to Salzburg and surrounding areas, Karin met us on arrival and showed us to our room, the room was lovely and modern, my two young children loved the apartment, fantastic views of the mountains, comfy beds and spotless. Karin moved us to a bigger apartment during our stay and this was even bigger and better than the first.
Karin is such a lovely friendly host, after spending a day in Salzburg you can come back to the peace & quiet of the country side, We would definitely come back here when I’m passing thru again.

Adequate, but nothing fancy

We chose this place for its location, which enabled us to move on quickly to the next day's activities. However, we arrived a bit late and after a hard day's drive to find a room that was quite basic for the rather high price.
Thank goodness the room was supplied with an electric fan, as otherwise there would have been no ventilation. Even with the fan, we really didn't sleep very well on the oversoft mattresses and in the rather hot room, which was unfortunate given how tired we were.
The landlady, Karin, has tried hard to make a comfortable environment for her guests and I suspect some of her other rooms are much more comfortable.
Good points of our room were the kitchenette facility--which we could use to make our own breakfast in the morning--, the little terrace garden, and the nice bathroom. Everything was spic and span. We were also able to do laundry (for an extra charge), which was handy.
Karin was really friendly and tried to be helpful, suggesting a great restaurant down the road that would still be open in spite of our late arrival, and telling us where we could get petrol and find some basic provisions.

Op doorreis

Echt geweldig. Schoon, vriendelijke mensen, heerlijke bedden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ze zijn nu een restaurant aan het bouwen. Dat zal ook wel super worden..volgende keer blijven we langer......

Wunderschönes Fleckchen zwischen den Bergen

Wir waren in dieser Woche zu Gast bei Karin und kann dadurch diese Unterkunft für andere Besucher nur wärmstens empfehlen. Charmant eingerichtete Zimmer mit eigener Küchenzeile und ein modernes und schönes Bad. Karin war sehr freundlich und scheute auch keine Mühen, den Aufenhalt für uns so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Neben dem hevorragenden Arpartment ist die Lage und die Aussicht auch sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!
