We had a great family stay at Quest Warrnambool. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well set up, and having a secure garage was a fantastic bonus. The location was also excellent and made it easy to get around.
The only feedback I’d have is that the lounge room TV wasn’t a smart TV like the one in the bedroom, so we couldn’t access apps like Kayo unless we watched from the bedroom. It would be great if the main living area had the same functionality.
I also found the shower taps in the ensuite quite confusing to use. I wasn’t sure if it was just the design or if something wasn’t working properly, but it took a while to figure out the hot and cold controls.
Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Really good experience, will be back.
This was our second visit. The management team do a great job in welcoming guests and responding to enquiries and contacting guests before arrival.
We wanted a 2 bedroom apartment and were placed in a townhouse which had lots of room and private garage however the bedrooms were split over 2 levels which we didn't realise when we took the room.
We'll ask for a non-townhouse next time if we need 2 bedrooms as that was more to our liking - I think we got a townhouse as I messed up our booking and that was what was left when we arrived. Thanks team for your assistance.

Nothing bad to say. Phenomenal bed. Awesome pressure on shower. Easy parking. Great location next to many restaurants. Staff were friendly. Wifi was reliable which was an issue else where on my trip on the Great Ocean Rd.
