Value for money for rooms including pool very good, enjoy breakfast outside

We were on site for two nights, during which we also learned about the concept. The individual rooms can be bought and then used or rented out themselves. Obviously some kind of time-sharing concept.
The lady at check-in was a bit bored and told only the most necessary. Regarding the pool towels, breakfast times, etc. we had to ask independently.
The room had direct pool access. We were a bit surprised when someone had already spread out on the loungers right in front of our room. Conversely, this means that these are not explicitly assigned, everyone can lie down where they want. The pool is also quite large and of varying depths as well as little chlorinated.
The room (one-bedroom suite) was spacious and consisted of a separate bedroom, which was relatively narrow but equipped with a wardrobe including a safe.
The living area with kitchen and dining table was quite large. Furthermore, there was a hallway and a bathroom with tub shower. In the bathroom was a separated area with washer and dryer. The storage space was too little, but we could make good use of the storage space under the sink.
The next day we used breakfast at the hotel, which is paid separately. The time is unusual for holidaymakers as this is only served from 6:30 - 9:30. The selection at the buffet was very clear. The cost is 20 AUD / person plus coffee per cup 6 AUD and plus possibly egg dishes or Granola to go.
The room cleaning worked incl. towel change. Other towels and pool towels are available at the reception, which the guest can take at any time during the reception opening hours if necessary.
During our presence, a door of the underground car park was defective, so it was always accessible from the outside. The use of the software was at your own risk during this time. As there are few alternatives on the ground, unacceptable.
Despite signs, I did not find the fitness area.
The other service staff were much friendlier and more helpful than the lady at check-in, hence also 4 stars.

Clean and tidy room with only complaint the Wi Fi was terrible and the staff were not interested in trying to remedy the issue. Very off hand.

Excellent property!

Excellent location and excellent property.
Beautiful rooms, pool also heated and very beautiful setting. Location 5 minutes walk from the Boat Club and the Marina for boat excursions. Breakfast for a fee. Everyone very friendly.
Only small flaw for me: mattress a bit too soft.

I would highly recommend staying at The Ramada Hervey Bay. They do the Best breakfast! Lovely clean rooms. Very comfortable and quiet. The pool and spa are beautiful as well. Extremely well maintained and clean in all areas of the hotel.

Double check your reservation at check in prior to arrival.

Double check your booking details as paid for a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette and was allocated a hotel room which is a cheaper price.
When going back to reception to clarify the mix up, they explained that there was no availability for the one bed room suite until the following day to which I can move rooms then, however when going on tours etc the last thing I want to do is rearrange my tours in order to check out and check in again later in the day once the room is available for me to move rooms.
No compensation is provided by the company because they stated that I utilised a third party for the reservation (booking.com) which I booked and paid for several months ago. This is a major company and the customer should not be penalised by the hotel who allocate rooms not booking.com.
