Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Loft-Style Room

Great location and I absolutely loved the facilities, the loft-style accommodation, and the natural light throughout the room. It was also wonderfully quiet at night, so I slept really well.
The only small downsides were that the body soap dispenser was very difficult to use, and there wasn’t a face flannel provided, so I’d probably bring my own next time. Other than that, I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.

This is an unstaffed property which I was aware of, but whilst it was clean enough and easy enough to self check in, I didn't feel overly safe there. There was a lot of noises that travelled, footsteps upstairs, bangs somewhere outside. Nothing immediately threatening to me, but there wasn't a secondary lock on the door, such as a chain, so given it was an unmanned property, I thought this should have been a priority. I didn't sleep very well because of this and therefore would not return.
The windows are also not soundproof - earplugs were provided but any noise at all from outside was not at all filtered. Also at 7am they decided to do a fire alarm test. I understand that these have to take place but to do them at 7am seems unnecessary. It wasn't a terrible place to stay if it fits your budget, but I didn't think it was adequate for the cost compared to other places in the vicinity.

The hotel is well situated and is close to many bars, restaurants, and shops. It is, however, a digital hotel, which means there is no staff for check-in, which I found a little problematic. In the end, it worked out.
I would stay again.

Wonderful stay

We were upgraded to the Blue Penthouse which is a 2 story apartment with a separate lounge and private balcony.
The room is tastefully decorated in dark hues and Helmut Newton prints and leather Chesterfields.
The king bed is super comfortable. The bar has a coffee machine and ice maker.
The location is superb being across the road from my favourite Greek restaurant.

Studio for rent but not Hotel .

Above all forget the word HOTEL.
The blue Bondi offers rooms with kitchenette, no cleaning , no linen change service, no welcome: you must do everything solo.
The elevator is more of an extremely slow freight elevator. The entrance is a gloomy corridor with bales of dirty sheets ...
Once that said , the rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the email communication system very efficient . It is well located (music atmosphere a little noisy on weekends not far) .
There is a bakery for your croissant at the bottom of the building.
Perfect for young people, less for seniors used to a minimum of European-style services.
