Ren Faire trip was magical staying here
Service was amazing, when we arrived some things were faulty (no fault of the staff just wear and tear) they were promptly and professionally fixed and we had a great stay

Constructive Criticism
Please get rid of odour/smell on all levels and in lifts. Apparently caused by painting walls or new carpet, reflects badly on a good hotel.

As part of our ongoing refurbishment program, some areas of the hotel have recently undergone carpet replacement and painting works. While these improvements are aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience, we understand that the associated smell may have been noticeable and detracted from your comfort.
Please be assured that the works have now been completed, and our team has been actively ventilating the areas to minimise any residual odours.

Good Stay
The Stay was very good; rooms were clean and room well equipped with all kitchen amenities.
The apartment is in close proximity to Penrith Railway Station, easier to commute to Sydney city.

Disappointed
Quest Penrith needs to be better managed. Some workers cleaners and reception need training in executing quality and control. The manager's needs to take responsibility and review the quality is up to standards.

In relation to the parking arrangements, we would like to respectfully note that our parking configuration, including the availability of tandem and standard spaces, was communicated at the time of booking. As our property has a limited number of on-site parking spaces, we endeavour to allocate parking as fairly as possible and provide alternative options where available.
Regarding the maintenance concerns raised, we understand your frustration. However, we would also like to clarify that when these matters were brought to our attention during your stay, our management team took immediate action to investigate and address the reported issues. We always encourage guests to notify our team during their stay so that we have the opportunity to rectify concerns and improve their experience while they are still in-house.
