I notified the hotel in advance that I would be arriving early, as I had booked and paid for the room for that day. Despite this, and the fact that they lack 24-hour service, they failed to leave a key for us, forcing us to wait outside for five hours until they reopened. Furthermore, the room was disappointing: the lighting was inadequate with only one dim light, the room smelled unpleasant, the cleanliness was poor, and overall the stay was not worth the money.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting. We felt so dirty and unsafe. The bathroom window was broken-anyone or anything could have got in during the night. Door wasn’t locked. Filthy dirty. The lighting was very bad but that was probably deliberate to hide the condition of the room and the dirt. We had booked and paid for 3 nights but left after 1 night. Avoid at all cost. Very bad location also.

Avoid this hotel

Disgusting, I felt totally unsafe, the teaspoons had not been washed, the rim of the toilet seat still had urine on it, no locks on the door, the floors under the bed had not been vacuumed, there was bottle lids and rubbish underneath.
The windows were disgusting, and they rattled.
I felt like I was walking into a feasted feral accommodation.
The hotel also stanched of cigarette smoke.

Worst hotel in my Australian tour

This has got to be worst accommodation in my travels to Australia.No breakfast,no real reception.Barman is receptionist.Cigarette smoke everywhere and really low class.In addition to this it is really far from train station in Sydney CBD I would have preferred to pay double for something decent.I have not even been here for 1 hour and I want to leave already.

Unsafe. Doors left unlocked all night.

UNSAFE. DO NOT STAY HERE
Our room was broken into and robbed while we were inside sleeping and the Hotel is doing nothing about it.
It was reported to police and cctv was obtained showing this happening. While we were there with police the on site management said we would be refunded for our stay but are now refusing to refund.
Police basically said this is a half way house, not being from the area and trusting reviews we were not aware of this.
There are no bolts on the door and no way to check if the door is locked from the inside so who knows if it ever locked while we were there.
The rooms are unsafe, loud, uncomfortable, everywhere stinks of stale cigarettes. I'd sleep in the train station before I stayed here again
