Great convenient location to stay in Sydney

Stayed in one of their renovated deluxe 1 bedroom apartments, room 410. On the top level, facing Napolean Street. No noise came in the room unless you had the balcony door open. Had everything you needed in the kitchen, stovetop, microwave, jug, utensils and crockery. Ironing board and iron. Excellent bathroom, fantastic location. Use Bangaroo entry tunnel to Wynyard Station, just a few minutes away, also 3 minutes walk to Metro Woolworths/Bangaroo and a Dan Murphy store. Comfortable bed. Very clean and friendly and helpful reception staff.

Bathroom shower was full of hair from previous guests, sink had brown stain in it, kitchenware was dirty, and building was under renovation the entire time we stayed there

DO NOT STAY HERE

he stair well doors slamming closed and open at all hours of the night. The lifts going off, reception phone that was never answered. Other people afterhours checking in going off (and rightly so) about the condition of the apartments. I helped some elderly people get their luggage up the stairs because they physically could not do this. If you are booked in make sure it is not room 201!

Avoid at all costs

Couldn't wait to leave,dirty floors , walls bathroom was dirty and towel rack fell off the wall after showering,If you enjoy a good night's sleep this place THIS place is the worst road noise from room 208 was unbearable.
Worst accommodation I've ever encountered.

My husband and I booked the Studio room with premium bed but the bed was floppy and the ensemble base was unstable. We had only just got into bed after walking all day so we were shocked to find the mattress was slopping on one side and the base on the castors was uneven. We could not get any rest also because the noise factor was incredible and without double glazed window and sliding door, this room rated well below anything we have stayed at for comfort. However the Chestfield sofa was comfy, we couldn’t sleep on it. We ended up leaving the room at 10 pm and driving all the way back to our home in Newcastle. The the price we paid and the quality of the room, I would say we got ripped off.
