What a nice surprise and great location. Breakfast included. Small room with lovely crisp white bedlinen..bathroom ideal( just watch high step from room to bathroom). Think a kettle would be the extra wanted as sometimes an overnight cuppa required.
My booking was well done and my arrival expected and with friendly greeting.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is located in the rock’s neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to the opera house and from the CBD. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel is in a pub and the bartender checks you in. Breakfast is complimentary and is available few doors down the hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly.

I was in room 6, and was delighted to find a large, comfortable room with a great shower/bathroom.
The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the breakfast ( which was included) was excellent.
The area is terrific, with everything within easy walking distance.
The room was a little noisy but I had brought earplugs, so had no problem.
For the price, this is a great choice.

Lovely people and super quant historical location and hotel. Loved the atmosphere and the location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing! Great value. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars - was that at 5am in the morning they start setting up for The Rocks markets on Saturday morning and it was extremely loud - and there is no way you can sleep once they start setting up.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable and staff very professional and pleasant.
The breakfast was great, which was included in the room cost. I also enjoyed both dinners I had during my stay.
