This his hotel is in a very handy location. Staff at check in and the restaurant were excellent. Room was old but very clean

Look elsewhere

Location is good. Rooms are worn down and needs doing up. Beds are uncomfortable with lumpy pillows. The room was warm with an unfuctional thermostat. Wont recommend

Terrible

Booked a twin, got a King, so had to share a bed with my teenage son. Also major sewage issue, the whole bottom floor smelt like faeces and the smell seeped into our bathroom and bedroom. The solution they offered was "we will do a deep clean in the morning" and we were checking out the next day. Overall very bad experience.

Comfortable and friendly staff

The location was great, just 5 mins from Wynyard station, The Rocks and Circular Quay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was close to Sydney’s nightlife which was perfect. It had a cute bar, Brooksy bar, which we visited at happy hour.

Nice room and great facilities. Only missing simple things like a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and bubble bath soap
