It is a motel that doesn't have staff on site and you only find out when you arrive. It took 15 minutes waiting before I could contact someone by mobile to obtain the codes to enter the building.
The carpark is shared with a dental centre and the parking isn't always available.

Clean and very comfortable

Judging from the outside I was expecting a pretty terrible room. That was not the case. It was a huge room with a lot of floor space and a beautifully renovated bathroom. There is no reception per se; you have to call the manager and go through two sets of passwords. It’s pretty easy. The bed is fantastic.
The exterior of the building is really rather ugly, devoid of landscaping or the umbrella in the photo. It’s not pretty. Shops are very close by. It’s also a short drive to the most spectacular beaches on the NSW coast in Jervis Bay. Drive to Huskissons beach for the best fish and chips or Hyams for the whitest sand and lovely cafe. My Bircher bowl was incredible. There’s so much to see in the area.

The place needs a complete clean up, starting from the carpets they smell very musty and the bathroom has mould in the shower, not recommended if you like a clean environment.

Clean and spacious room with large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and check in over the phone was smooth and efficient.
