Noisy air con had to be turned off at night so room was stuffy. Ceiling in entry needs maintenance.

Stay away!!!!!!

Checked into 2 Panorama Suites here about an hour ago.
It’s disgraceful!
Panorama views are of a busy road, several unit blocks, a construction site and the car park. The photos on the website look amazing but, boy oh boy - nothing like it in real life.
My room is dark, dingy and dirty. Curtains hanging off tracks, bathroom dirty, lounge dirty, ragged and old. I paid over $1400 for 2 of these rooms for my friend and me as a surprise for her birthday. What an embarrassment.
Definitely the worst Rydges I’ve ever been to

Breakfast was ok
Staff didnt respond to my complaints about the fridge not working, the room aircon stopped working every 2 days I had to "hard reset it" each time.
The room is so outdated it's a joke!
No smart TV is laughable these days.

Self service check-in with little interest in the process from staff ( none in attendance at desk)

The stay was okay, but there’s room for improvement. Some basic amenities like bottled water, a dental kit, etc.. were not provided in the room and had to be requested at reception. The room also felt a bit dusty upon arrival, and the toilet flush was quite noisy and seemed to run continuously during our stay and we unfortunately noticed an unwanted insect in the room.
