Stolen AirPods by staff

Cheap and ok but sadly has my AirPods stolen by member of staff.
Left them in room, went to return and collect them but were taken with 5 minutes of room unattended. Track them to the house using my iPhone and recognised the staff member

We arrived late,as we said we would
The late check in number was busy- we had to call 4 times
Standing out in the cold at 10:15 pm was very annoying
When we finally got through, got the key no parking available
The room was clean e, for a very old and outdated room
There was no hot water and no soap in the dispenser
Never again would we ever stay there

The taps need replacing as they do not work properly and appear dirty as they have been previously painted. The theft signs throughout the property also made the stay uncomftable

First impression from doorway, unmade bed with very stained mattress and mop bucket still in bathroom smelt awful , manager came to make bed [ no underlay on mattress] sheet straight on stained mattress, slept on top not good

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
Every single day I found cockroaches in my room. One day, after coming back from work, I opened the door and discovered dozens of dead and dying cockroaches all over the floor and even on my belongings — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
To make things worse, the manager (or owner) is extremely rude and clearly not fit to manage a hospitality business. He has no respect for guests’ privacy and keeps shouting in the hallways, creating an unpleasant and stressful environment.
The hotel urgently needs proper pest control, professional management, and basic respect for guests.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until these serious issues are resolved.
