It would have been great if microwave oven was provided either inside the room or atleast as a common use for everyone.

We travelled in winter, there were few people staying, so the bar and kitchen were closed. I get that it is not profitable to open a bar for 2 couples, but let’s state that up front during the booking.

No hot water !! Badly run and maintained
We had NO hot water !!! 2 out of the 4 lightbulbs in the room were blown or not working. In house Phone system was not working or we were deliberately being ignored or hung up on No staff on premisses after hours . We told them about the hot water in the morning and were told it would be taken care of got back at the end of the day. About 5.40 still no hot water started calling the reception phone would ring connect then drop out tried for 10 mins then decided to got to reception before it close to see it closed early and saw the girl trying to escape she ended up calling the manager and we were finally moved to another room where we were finally able to have a hot shower however the water still only lasted 5 mins before it started to go cold again. Also though stated that the restaurant was open wed - sun it was not open on the Friday night we arrived. in the morning were told that it was because “the”chef had a family emergency, having been a chef for many years early in my life no kitchen should ever rely on one individual to run this is just totally un- professional the second night it was open but the menu was very limited we sat down looked at the menu then went elsewhere. We had stayed here in 2014 and had a great experience it has really taken a nose dive since then. I would never go back !!!

Very poor
My stay at Estate Tuscany was extremely disappointing and certainly not value for money. We paid a premium rate for accommodation that was clearly in need of maintenance. The room had visible cracks in the walls and even the bedside light did not work, which is unacceptable given the price charged.
The dining experience was equally disappointing. The restaurant offered very limited menu choices and appeared to be understaffed, resulting in poor service and an overall lacklustre experience. For a property that promotes itself as a quality Hunter Valley destination, the standard fell well short of expectations.
While the location in the heart of Pokolbin is attractive, the condition of the accommodation and the quality of the dining experience significantly detracted from our stay. Estate Tuscany markets itself as a four-star boutique estate in the Hunter Valley, but our experience did not reflect that standard. (Estate Tuscany)
Unfortunately, I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to others. There are far better accommodation options in the Hunter Valley that provide a much better experience and far greater value for money.

Lovely views
Lovely accomodation, very quiet,nice views,great location, close to what we required.
Bit lacking in housekeeping, ( no spoons for cuppa, no bath mat in one room, no complimentary drinks and snacks in one room)
