Its cheap and is better than sleeping in the car
After paying a $300 deposit I was then told there was a $20 a day facility fee and we didnt use the facilities. The room is quite run down, smells like stale cigarettes, has wads of toilet paper stuck to the bathroom ceiling, shower is leaking, you have to clean the room and remove all rubbish before leaving or you loose your deposit and i only know this because there was a sign in the other apartment a family member was staying in (nothing in my apartment) the exit door is permanently open allowing anyone into the building at any hour, several guests have brought their dogs (not on leashes and they have been urinating on the carpet in the hall) having said all that the room is cheap and if you need a roof over your head this uhhh hotel (?) serves that purpose and the guests having arguments even provide some entertainment

When I entered room there were still wet stains on the couch, looked like someone had peed on it. Door lock didn't seem to work. Did not feel safe.

Unsettling Stay, Unjust Charges, and Serious Privacy Violation
I’ve taken some time to write this review because I needed to process what was honestly a very unsettling and disappointing experience.
During my stay, I was repeatedly charged random and unexpected fees, which the owner would message me about without clear explanation or justification. Even after I left, the charges continued, with the owner accusing me of damages in the room that I absolutely did not cause.
The most alarming part of my stay happened on the second night. I was woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of my room door opening. As someone staying alone, this was extremely frightening. When I went to the door, I found that the owner had let himself into my room. When questioned, he dismissed it by saying he was “just checking the lock” or something along those lines. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy and safety.
I left immediately after this incident as I no longer felt safe.
Overall, this experience was appalling. Between the questionable charges and the complete lack of respect for guest safety and boundaries, I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

This was the most awful place I have stepped foot in. Graffiti all over the building, more rubbish in the corridor than at the tip. Drunk people everywhere. Went to reception and was asked to payID the bond?Walked in and turned around and found somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend this place.

Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card, and a 2.5% charge will apply when you pay with any other credit card. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of AUD 40 per pet per night. When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit of AUD 500 applies. Guests arriving after 21:00 are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their self-check-in. In order to complete the self-check-in process for arrivals after 21:00, guests are required to provide a photo ID and the credit card used for the booking before arrival. Please note that the property's reception opening hours are: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 to 18:00. Saturday and Sunday: from 8:00 to 17:00. Please note that in case of late check-in without prior notification after 21:00, a staff member can assist with check-in for an additional charge of AUD 150. All reservations are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, guests will be charged 100% of the total accommodation cost, regardless of the date of cancellation. However, where a cancellation results from circumstances beyond the guest’s control, such as flight cancellations or other unforeseen travel disruptions, the property may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, offer either a refund or a credit valid for six months. Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per booking. Please note that a facility fee of AUD 20 per day applies to all stays. Please note that a cleaning fee of AUD 20 per stay will be charged."
