Great budget motel

Clean, crockery, cutlery,showers hot and room nice and quiet.
Staff friendly and helpful. Parking out back.
Close to kings park and uni. Also heaps of public transport pass including free CAT bus

Good location but a little work needed

This is an old motel but it is in a good location in that it is close to Kings Park and there are eateries within a short drive for any meals required. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was small but the water pressure was fine and the water hot quickly. Perth city is only a short drive from the motel.
On the negative side, There is no lift to the second floor with quite a few steps and much of the external area needs a good clean and some maintenance.
This is a budget motel

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Helpful and friendly staff.
Great location.
Basic room but good value for the price.

Good location but disappointing

Great location, however, I would avoid staying here more than a day or two tops if you are travelling as a couple or family. Some shady characters getting around and staying here. The owner walks around smoking and talking very loudly (unprofessional) single rooms are very average and old, my room had a musty smell. Top marks for housekeeping though. The ladies that do the housekeeping are amazing and polite.

the room smelled, it had plastic chair and table and condition of wood surfaces was really bad. it was the worst exp of my life.
