Value for money

Great location while visiting family at Royal Perth Hospital. Large room with everything you need. Great communication, easy self check in and a good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Not what we expected

The staff, position close to CBD and access to free CAT bus route cannot be faulted.
However be aware the photos are not what you get. We can only comment on the deluxe one bedroom apartment we booked. On the top floor with a great view but very old and dated. The carpet and lounge were old and badly stained. The doona under the top sheet was stained. The balcony door was hard to open and gave an enormous squeak when opened. Only the balcony door opened which made fresh air difficult. Shower was excellent but over a bathtub. Many of the fixtures were broken. Two of the lights didn’t work. The balcony awning had possibly ripped off in the weather leaving the shreds of the remains pieces. There was only one bedside table so the other person needed to read by torch light. We can only guess at what the other rooms were like if this is a deluxe one! Certainly not worth the money we paid.

Awesome stay, awesome place

It's our 2nd time back here. We love the location here and the staff here are very nice. The rooms are comfy for our family and meet our needs.

Great getaway to Perth

Enjoyed my stay at All Suites, perfect location, with easy access to attractions, cafes, restaurants & public transportation. Apartment was a little tired, but neat and clean. Main bedroom had balcony & could often hear people talking from the streets at night. Second bedroom had no windows, which made it very dark, unless lights used. Great shower, but no fan made it pretty foggy. Loved having a sink & mini kitchen, to be able to prepare some meals. Would be happy to return to All Suites!

Gross!

Great location, but nearly $800 AUD for 2 nights was ridiculous for such a dirty, noisy, run-down room.
