Great stay great hosts

Had to evacuate our farm due to the 2019 fires and lucked into a great place to stay. Big rooms great showers kitchen and seperate lounge room and under difficult circumstances the owners where great highly recommend a night here If you passing through

Keep driving past

Stayed one night one room with 6 people, after booking 2 rooms we were told management had made a mistake and there was nothing they could do. As it was the Monday after MotoGP, all accomodation in Cooma was booked so we were left little choice. The room had a heater which was attached to nothing just sitting on the floor, the bathroom still had muddy footprints everywhere, finally as we moved a sofa we found Ratsak pellets everywhere laying loose loose. The WiFi does not work because the owner has not got around to fixing it, not that we cared. We were told there is a new owner so rely on recent reviews. My best advice do not stay here and do not go to the Federal Hotel in town. The only saving grace was Judy who worked there, she did her best to help.

Stayed in Summer

Negative - Mattresses in desperate need of replacing, you could feel each metal spring - Insects in the room and had no spray as it was taken away from the room and not replaced - No aircond - The outside lights were left on all night and the curtains in the room are not block out therefore the room was bright at night.
Positive - The room was clean and the motel has potential to do Nimmitabel proud if you just spend the money to seriously upgrade it. Nimmitabel is a great place and wonderful community to visit but the motel is letting it down

New Years eve

Headed here to escape the fires and where greeted with open arms by Lizzie & Mike. So grateful for their hospitality and kindness. Felt safe in our cozy room and would recommend this place for anyone who needs a warm bed and a friendly face.
Thankyou guys May your business blossom in 2020 as a haven for travelers.

The Best stay ever

We stayed here in Aug 2018 and it was one of the best nights stay we have ever had. We rang through to say we were going to stay...and the beautiful lady that took the call could not of help more. When we got there, the room had the heater on and the beds had the electric blankets turned on. She could not of made our stay more welcoming if she tried.
I would HIGHLY recommend staying here...its super clean....very comfortable with a homely feel!
