Highly recommended staying here at valley view

Everything is beautiful here. It is very well presented. Room & accommodation was very clean. The views are amazing. Nice & tranquil. Bring your swimmers.
Food (breakfast) was yummy. Tea & coffee supplied.
Bruce & Dawne were lovely hosts.

A very pretty part of Newcastle

We had the loveliest visit at Valley View. Dawn your hospitality was 100% and could not be faulted. We loved chatting to Bruce at Breakfast, you’re both lovely people. Our room was so very comfortable and clean, you could not ask for anything extra. Breakfast was amazing with lovely choices. Our little table was set beautifully, be sure to walk outside a look down the valley

Great Hostess and exceeds expectations.

Reception was friendly, quick and professional. The host, Dawn, is a lovely lady, and as well as being friendly, Dawn is very welcoming and helpful.
We booked a B&B room, but were pleasantly surprised with a two bedroom villa-like apartment. The main bedroom is large and beautiful with an adjoining light-filled spacious bathroom. There is also a smaller second bedroom if needed. The apartment has a full sized lounge, TV and dining room, and the villa would be suitable for long term stays. There is also a nice balcony overlooking the valley and a gas BBQ. Everything was clean, spotless and with a modern homely feel.
Wifi is complimentary and worked well.
Breakfast is provided, as a bed and breakfast affair, and it was lovely. Dawn is a great hostess.
The location is as stated, and the apartment overlooks a tree filled valley. To reach the address, one would need a car to get to it as it’s in the suburbs of Cardiff/ Newcastle. It has a peaceful environment with lovely sounding birds, and the valley is full of birdsongs.
Overall a very pleasant experience in what is a five star bed and breakfast, with a lovely hostess. Thank you.

home away from home

An absolute stunning bed and breakfast , brilliant accommodation and very private setting . A must if you are staying in the area. The hosts are very much people orientated and go out of there way to ensure a pleasant stay is enjoyed by guests. highly recommended.

This place gives any 5 star hotel a run for its money and then beats it.

Accommodation is private, spacious and well appointed with amazing views. Every detail is taken care of with all the amenities you would expect in a 5 star hotel and then a few more. Living area and main bedroom both lead to a sunny private deck where the views over tree tops are spectacular and create a feeling of peace and calm. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like fruit bowl, snacks and fresh flowers. There's even a first aid kit, personal insect repellent and sunscreen in the bathroom. It goes without saying that the bed is comfortable, linen is top quality and pillows just right. What else would one expect in a 5 star resort? And this place gives any 5 star hotel a run for its money and then beats it hands down
