We love this place, the food, the staff, the beds, the customer service was impeccable with the staff providing extra service & helpfullness with my mobility issues. And privacy given was wonderful.

The hotel is under going reservations. Our room was on level two with most rooms there seeming to being worked on. Alot of stuff placed around on hallways leading to rooms. We arrived late and simply dropped our baggage and left to take our grandchildren to Disney on ice. We returned around 9.30pm. Entering the room there was a damp musty smell of sewage. Entering the bathroom the smell of sewerage was unbearable. It seemed to be coming from the drain pipes. In the morning we rain the tap and shower for half an hour. Which dispersed most of the odour. It was not comfortable in the room. Especially the bathroom. It was quite a cold night and had to sleep with the window open. Not the ideal stay. Staff were apologetic. The room had been heavily discounted. Not sure if was to cover the inconvenience of reservations or the awareness of odour problems. I spoke to a guest from level 3. She stated her room also smelt on dampness and musty. But not sewage. Id give a miss on this hotel till renovations are completed.

Very convenient location. Amazing personnel.
We are family, stayed in two rooms. One room was renovated with new furniture. Another room was with the old furniture but clean. Rooms are spacious enough.
Parking was included in the price. Plenty of parking space.
Heated outdoor spa-pool: such a nice addition. It was amazing to relax there in the morning before breakfast or after the long day.
If robes are needed it is required to speak at the reception to have them.
Breakfast was included in our stay. Not many options but everything what is needed. Food was tasty: bacon, scrambled egg, sausages, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes. Porridge. Serials. Some fruits and berries. Coffee / tea / juice / hot chocolate. Pastries.
Minor disadvantages:
1. Before booking I called the hotel asking whether we need to bring robes with us or they will be provided. I was told that robes will be in the room. Unfortunately, robes were not there. And to receive them it was needed to speak to a manager. 2 robes were provided. We asked for another two robes (4 adults in our family), but a person who provided room service did not give them to us.
Pool towels were provided only once, I asked for them next day but we didn’t receive them.
2. AC - old and extremely noisy. After long days sightseeing the city we were so tired that slept deeply, otherwise it might be difficult to fall asleep with roaring AC.
3. Room service: so-so.

We will stay elsewhere in future

They did not service the room - it was not vacuumed - toilets/shower/handbasin not cleaned. No tea bags. One small carton of milk. Did not wash out cups.

Overrated

Accommodation - nothing premium, except the price.
Restaurants attended - either very poor service or disappointing food.
Bars attended - nothing out of the ordinary or beyond expectations.
