Stayed here many times check in always quick and despite not arriving until reception was shut on this trip access to my key and room both made seamless before I even arrived, older style motel but rooms are always clean and love having one of the many rooms here with spas

Would not stay again

The main issue was the standard of cleaning (or lack there of).
Green drain in the bathroom sink, layers of dust encrusted grime on the hair-dryer to the point it was sticky to touch (and not used because of this) the same on the sewage pipe, light fixtures and a sticky TV remote. And throw in a friendy cockroach to top it off.
I'm not a clean freak, but this place made me uncomfortable.
On-site restaurant was not running and a housekeeping was knocking on the door 45 minutes before checkout time, wanting to 'clean' the room.
On the upside, the beds were comfortable.

Parking is good. Make sure you bring extra cutlery. Shopping centre across the street which is very handy.

Do not recommend, pay a bit more and stay somewhere else

We stayed here overnight midweek and it was the weirdest place I've ever stayed, deserted and completely run down, felt kind of like we were in a horror movie. It would have been grand back in its day with a big restaurant, bar and pool but everything is closed now and it felt like a haunted house when I walked into reception which was so dark and unwelcoming. Various things in the room were broken, it smelt of smoke and was very run down and uncared for. There was no one at reception and nowhere to leave the key when we escaped in the morning, had to call a number to be told to leave the key in the room. Shops across the road were very handy. Wi-Fi password didn't work and the advertised movie channels were not functioning. Do not recommend.

They withheld my safety deposit for 2 months without giving me a single reason for it. Also: no apologies from them
